With the projects BINGO, MINT and KiTec (*), and with the enthusiastic support of trainees, the company encouraged children to develop an interest in technology from an early age.
This year’s third OWL (Ostwestfalen-Lippe) Mechanical Engineering Award recognized member companies which over the past 2 years engaged in targeted activities to attract and to advance employees. Such activities were designed to overcome the problems created by demographic shifts, while at the same time making the region more attractive for young people.
