White-Line by MediSeal

In answer to ever decreasing lot sizes in the pharmaceutical industry MediSeal has developed different concepts for the logical combination of different small lots in order to increase OEE.

The White-Line concept is the consistent enhancement of the Late-stage Customisation (LSC^®) concept at the “Corporate Level”: All market-specific data is applied on demand.

Flexibility:

Production can start immediately after the country licence is obtained. No lead time for films, leaflets and folding boxes as only an electronic layout is necessary.

Reduced depreciation cost:

In case of layout change there is no residual stock to be destroyed.
