P3 – NEW!
Wide format range meets high performance! The new P3 cartoner perfectly matches the Blister Expert BE for large draw depths. The direct robot transfer avoids belts or buffers. Whether large multipacks up to 150 x 110 x 200 mm or up to 300 individual packs per minute: the P3 offers a wide product range, optimum visibility and high machine availability.

More productive time and joy in production! The BE blister series for large draw depths breaks new ground: a new operating concept, a new development approach, a new HMI. Mediseal has significantly increased machine availability, above all through the shortened change-over and cleaning times. The BE can be optimally adapted to individual requirements in the form of a customized variant.
Uniquely convertible. The very compact CP200 blister machine of balcony construction has minimum space requirements and an output of up to 300 blisters per minute. With its format change time of less than 30 minutes, the CP200 has been specially developed for efficient packaging of small and very small lot sizes, and of clinical trial samples.
Full attention to the tiniest detail. The high-output singletrack blister machine CP400 has seen more than 20 years of continuous improvement. This makes it a fully-fledged product which with its exemplary GMP design guarantees maximum production reliability and an output of up to 400 blisters per minute. In combination with a Mediseal cartoner, the machine can be upgraded to a compact line.
Packaging solids economically. The blister machine CP600 has an output of up to 600 blisters per minute. In combination with the P3200, the fastest synchronized cartoner, it is unbeatable in terms of price and performance. The compact line achieves its promised performance reliably with minimum space requirements and impresses with its high machine availability (OEE).
Large format range creates freedom. With a foil width of 320 mm and a draw length of 285 mm, the CP1200 blister machine is able to handle even the largest blisters in 2-lane operation. This enables maximum output to be achieved whilst at the same time protecting blisters with its platen sealing system. The CP1200 can be combined with a Mediseal cartoning machine to create a high-performance line.
Unlimited versatility, smallest space. The compact deep-draw blister machine CP2 has a small footprint and an output of up to 120 blisters per minute. It has proved itself in the packaging of small lot sizes, special applications and samples for clinical trials. It processes many different foil types and allows packaging of special products such as medical devices or cosmetic products.
Robust, versatile, powerful. The deep-draw blister machine CP3 is a robust solution with an output of up to 300 blisters per minute. The flexible pocket configuration with an optional special draw depth of up to 40 mm allows packaging a wide range of oral and parenteral pharmaceutical products, such as ampoules, vials and syringes. The ideal general-purpose machine processes various types of foil.
Unmatched in the range of formats. The CP500 series deep-draw blister machines handle a large range of products. The CP500 T1, CP500 TX and CP500 RX can be configured for packaging parenteral, solid and even special forms of products. The series provide the right solution for large-format blisters, special shapes, pocket depths up to 45 mm, multi-stage cold-forming or multiple product infeeds.
Flexible, reliable and compact. The LA160 sachet machine, with a footprint of just 1 m², is a compact, general-purpose packaging machine. Whether it is used for validation runs, new product launches or efficiently packaging small lots – it is the ideal entry-level solution to quality production for all pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
The profit centre. The LA300 sachet machine has proved itself as an all-rounder in hundreds of installations world-wide. It stands out for its high performance and flexibility and is able to cope with almost any requirement.
Unequalled flexibility. The LA400 sachet machine sets new standards in terms of flexibility of equipment, format conversion and cleaning. Contour punching, bevel cuts and perforations, printing and inspection of variable data, plus alternative dosing systems: It can provide tried-and-tested solutions which can be quickly integrated into every application.
The highest output in the smallest space. Its vertical design means that the LA500 sachet machine needs only a minimum of space. It is especially suitable for packaging granulates for the pharmaceutical industry or food supplements.
Fast, flexible, pharma-compliant. The LA600 SP stickpack machine is ideal for primary and secondary packaging of free-flowing powders, granulates and pellets, as well as liquids. Up to 1000 stickpacks are packaged using the sideload method.
Always the highest quality - and always at full speed! The continuous high-speed cartoning machine P5000 offers a wide range of formats and maximum output even with large sizes. Up to 500 cartons per minute can be packaged on the unit. It is perfectly matched to the Mediseal primary packaging in the upstream packaging process.
The right connection. The flexible servo-motor driven P1600/P3200 cartoning machines are optimally matched to Mediseal's primary packaging machines. The horizontal cartoning machines are ideally suited to Mediseal's blister machines, deep-draw blister machines and sachet machines but are also perfect as general-purpose cartoners for packaging vials.
